Event Planner Services

Full coordination of the event. Couple will be assigned 1 Event Planner & Assistant per 30 guest. The event planners will not only cover all decor and styling elements, as well as the functionality of the event (bridal party entrances, seating plan, DJ & lighting coordination, suppliers and vendors hiring/booking, delivery coordination, hair/makeup/cake). Event planners will work closely with you to develop an order of events and remain until the completion of the event.

PRICING: Styling Package Price + Event Planning Fee 15% on the styling package + Tax & Delivery Fee. No hidden Chargers.

Equipment Rental

We have a collection of Event Furniture (chairs, tables, Kosha, Chiase/Sofa), stages/flooring, Dinning Ware, Carpets, Candle Holders, Outdoor lights, Tents and more available for Rental.

Catalog can be sent on request.

Day-Of- Coordinator

Do you need some to help coordinate the bridal party entrance, handle the room turn over, make sure guest are seated, DJ is in place and has your song on stand by? We offer event coordinators that will work closely with you to develop a detailed Order of Events & coordinate between you, your guest, the venue and staff (Dj/Band,Celebrant,Dancers/Performers/photographers/videographer) to make sure your special day runs smoothly and within the time fram. 855AED per hour

Venue Styling Services

Developing the wedding concept, color scheme, full decor packages providing all decor elements and equipment rental.

PRICING: Each item needed for the décor is priced individually and a customized discounted package for all items is calculated based on the type and numbers of items needed . Styling Package Price + Tax & Delivery Fee. No hidden chargers.

Suppliers Coordination

Do you need a canopy assembled, a floor re-carpeted, fairy lights installed. We coordinate the full hiring, price negotiation, using our suppliers list.
